Returns & Exchanges

At JOUJOU, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
